Hi,
Does your system support Office 2007, is there any instructions on how to setup the system for office 2007?
Also how do I access the FTP site you gave me?

We support Office 2007, Office 2003, Thunderbird etc, I would recommend checking the office 2003 instructions I believe they are similar, if your still having trouble I'll help (pm me).

FTP access, easiest way is to goto my computer then in the address bar type in the ftp location given. Login as your username + password provided in your email and then you can upload files by dragging and dropping, easy!
